Christine Lloyd-Maddocks

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia. I came to the United States in the early ‘90s and settled in the San Fernando Valley where I live with my husband Bruce.

...And yes mate, I still have that Aussie accent !

My extensive marketing background serves as a plus in real estate. As the former Marketing Director for Gladstone's Malibu, by creative marketing and negotiating programs, I was responsible for keeping Gladstone's in the #1 spot for seven years by making an old restaurant fun and new, consistently drawing record crowds.

When I was given the opportunity to join Rodeo Realty, I jumped at the chance to go from "Halibut to Houses" and morphed into a Realtor. I consider Rodeo to have one of the highest standards in Real Estate. With their commitment to on-going education, I keep abreast of the ever changing legal and economic aspects of this industry. Together with seminars and programs, I keep updated on the latest techniques of how to get the best price and take the least amount of inconvenience, no matter what the market conditions.
